Punner’s love for real estate began with her father, who spent 40 years in the business and was her greatest teacher. He showed her that success in real estate is built on integrity, listening carefully, following through on promises, and treating others with respect. Those lessons have guided her throughout her career and remain at the heart of how she does business today.

Her background in real estate ownership and management, along with many years of service in municipal government, has strengthened her organizational skills, financial knowledge, and attention to detail. She brings that experience to every transaction, helping clients navigate the details while keeping their goals in focus. Punner is also committed to her community and has been involved with the Iron County Foster Parent Association and the Michigan Townships Association.
