Natalia Brown

Natalia brings enthusiasm, fresh perspective, and a genuine passion for helping others to the Stephens team. Licensed in both Michigan and Wisconsin, Natalia has 2.5 years of real estate experience and is already making her mark in the industry. Named Rookie of the Year in 2024 and nominated for Upper Peninsula Association of Realtors’ Rising Star Award in 2025, she is building a reputation for dedication, hard work, and meaningful client relationships.

A graduate of Iron Mountain High School, Natalia is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Management through the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business, with anticipated graduation in spring 2027. She enjoys the opportunity real estate provides to build genuine relationships and make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. To Natalia, every client has a unique story, and she feels fortunate to be part of such an important milestone. She especially loves helping make what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process a positive and rewarding experience.

Natalia serves on the MLS Board and U.P. Young Professionals Network Board, and outside of real estate, enjoys teaching ballet. A resident of Iron Mountain, she looks forward to continuing to learn and grow while helping buyers and sellers throughout the Upper Peninsula and northern Wisconsin.
