Kelly Waters

A lifelong Iron River local, Kelly brings a unique combination of real estate experience, community knowledge, and a passion for helping others to the Stephens team. Licensed in Michigan, Kelly graduated from Holloway Real Estate Institute in 2013 and has been a busy and successful Realtor ever since. She loves helping clients find a new place to call home or sell a property as they move into an exciting new chapter of life. She also enjoys introducing newcomers to the beauty, charm, and outdoor opportunities that make Iron County such a special place to live.

Kelly’s commitment to helping others extends well beyond real estate. For the past 28 years, she has worked as a paramedic, licensed in both Michigan and Wisconsin, and holds a Critical Care Paramedic license in Wisconsin. Her years in emergency services reflect her dedication to serving others and supporting her community.

Kelly also shares her time and talents closer to home by teaching gymnastics and volunteering at her church, where she helps organize events and leads children’s classes. Whether she’s responding to an emergency, helping a family with a real estate move, or volunteering in her community, Kelly enjoys making a positive difference in people’s lives. Outside of work and volunteering, Kelly stays busy with her husband and their four children, along with two potbellied pigs and a spotted leopard gecko. When she finds some downtime, she enjoys playing hockey and drinking coffee.

Kelly is excited to continue doing what she loves: Helping people find their place in the community she has always called home.
