Before joining Stephens in 2024, Jill owned and operated her own brokerage (formerly Wild Rivers Realty), giving her a unique perspective on the complexities of the industry. Whether navigating residential, recreational, or commercial transactions, she leverages her personal experience as an U.P. property owner to provide her clients with unparalleled insight.

When she isn’t closing deals, Jill is a fixture in the Iron River area, serving on different boards and enjoying golf and outdoor adventures.
