Following a landmark 2025, he closed more than 31 transactions totaling nearly $5M in sales volume, firmly securing his position in the top 15% of local Realtors and the top quartile of agents across the entire U.P.

A graduate of Saginaw Valley State University with a degree in Criminal Justice, Gary brings a unique perspective to the industry. His 30-year tenure as a parole and probation agent for the Michigan Department of Corrections honed the discipline, integrity, and attention to detail he now provides his real estate clients. Gary is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), and an active member of the National, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Upper Peninsula Associations of Realtors.

When he isn’t closing deals, Gary is a true outdoorsman at heart who enjoys the U.P. lifestyle in Mastodon Township with his wife, Stacey. Whether he’s cycling the back roads, golfing, or catching a Detroit Tigers game, Gary remains deeply connected to the community he serves.
