Chase Erickson

Chase is Florence County’s top-selling agent, a position he’s earned every year since 2017. For 2025, he ranked in the top 3% of area Realtors, with over $13 million in sales and 62 units sold. This accomplishment also placed him in the top 6% of all Realtors in the entire Upper Peninsula!

He studied Forestry and Wildlife at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and worked for the Forest Service for several years and spent many summers fighting wildfires around the country. He holds his Associate Broker’s license in both Michigan and Wisconsin and has been active in real estate since 1995, having owned and operated his own brokerage before joining Stephens in 2024.

Chase and his wife, Lisa, have three children and are sixth generation Florence County residents. He currently serves on the Florence County Board and is a past President of Blue Ox Snowmobile Club.
